A recipe for a gluten free chocolate cake, a sticky chocolate cake similar to a brownie (Swedish kladdkaka).

This is a egg free, gluten free chocolate cake and also a , dairy free chocolate cake. A recipe that fits most diets and allergies, but tastes as good as an ordinary chocolate cake recipe. Sweet and appreciated by most, maybe the best. And it is easy to bake.

Ingredients

5.3 ounce (150 g) butter or margarine (milk-free / lactose-free if needed)
2 tablespoons light syrup
1.5 cup (3.5 dl) sugar
1.25 cup (3 dl) flour (gluten-free flour mix)
0.42 cup (1 dl) cocoa
0.52 cup (1.25 dl) water / milk / cream (depending on diet)

Instructions

1. Melted butter / margarine (milk-free or lactose-free if needed).

2. Stir in 2 tablespoons light syrup.

3. Mix in sugar and sift into gluten-free flour and cocoa.

4. Mix in the liquid.

5. Bake at 347 F (175 C) for 20 minutes in a mold of about 7-12 inch (20-30 cm). If necessary, grease the mold with 'butter'.

Let the cookie to rest for a while before serving.
